Position: Operation Supervisor/Specialist

|1||Sales Support Operation||1) Organize the country yearly budget (include but not limited to Fixed Expense, Fixed Assets, Sales & Marketing Cost Budget )；|
|2) Monitoring the Budget usage progress and supervise the budget usage is reasonable and legal compliance.|
|3) Prepare the countrywide Sales Operation Data ( include Sales Forecasting, Sales record, Inventory Data)；|
|4）Take part in the CRM (Opportunity) Review with GM and Sales Manager with time schedule and take CRM Review Report;|
|5) Cooperate with HR, Service，Finance Department to solve problem to smooth the sales process and achieve Sales Target.|
|2||Product Registration||1) To undertake the medical device registration works in local country.|
|2) To maintain active communication with consultants, and relating authorities; solving registration problems, pushing forward the registration process and guarantee a favorable registration result.|
|3||Public Relationship and Liaison||1) Coordinate with Insurance company and claims settlements|
|2) Coordinate with government bodies, law firms, logistic companies, travel agencies, telecommunication companies, insurance company, Certified Public Accountant and auditors, etc.|
|4||Activity Support||1) Support Sales Manager or Key Account Manager for marketing activities ；|
|2) Support Channel Manager for Distribution activities（if any）|
|3) Take part in and support for project order or government order (if any)|
|5||Administration||1) Branch Office Setup. Support GM for new branch setup, include office rental, company registration and etc.|
|2) Important paper work for GM (if request)|
|3) Monthly Report (Summary) to AP Operation Manger（include main job, Achievement, Difficulty, Support request from HQ）|
|4) Office administration|
|5）Report to AP Operation Manager if there is any abnormal situation in the subsidiary company；|
1. Bachelor’s degree or above, majoring in medical, operation, administration, statistics is preferable.
2. Minimum 2 years working experience in operation and administration. Having experience in Medical companies is preferable.
3. Excellent communication skills in English.
4: Skillful in office tools.
5. Proactive, good communication skills, diligent, responsible.
6. Female is preference.
