As the visionary leader behind Pak Health Consultants, Fahd brings decades of diverse leadership experience in telecom, banking, finance, and IT. Since founding PHC in 2012, he has successfully transformed it into a premier healthcare consultancy firm in Pakistan, delivering 360° solutions in hospital development, operations management, compliance, and healthcare innovation.
Fahd’s expertise spans healthcare consulting, project planning, procurement, and regulatory compliance, with a focus on empowering institutions to build sustainable patient-centered care models. His achievements have been recognized internationally, including honors from the Asia Pacific Initiative on Reproduction, ESHRE, Arab Health, and Medica.
Fahd serves as Executive Director at the Digital Health Association and has founded multiple ventures, including Pak Health Supply Chain Distribution and 1 MG. He actively contributes as a mentor at National Incubation Centers and serves on the boards of Salma Kafeel Trust, Ibrahim Khan Jhagra Foundation, and Pakistan Autism Society.

With a proven track record of leading impactful EdTech initiatives across Pakistan, she brings a visionary approach to combining health and learning technologies to drive meaningful, scalable change. At PHC, Nashwa is leading the development of digital ecosystems that support both patient care and health education — enabling smarter clinical practices, informed communities, and improved health outcomes. Her cross-sector expertise and forward-thinking leadership are positioning PHC as a pioneer in digital health and education integration in the region.
Kamran Arif

Mr. Kamran is an accomplished finance professional and an Associate Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan (ICAP) as well as the Pakistan Institute of Public Finance Accountants (PIPFA). He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Mathematics from the University of the Punjab, Lahore, where he graduated with A+ grades.
He completed his professional training at KPMG Taseer Hadi & Co., Chartered Accountants, Islamabad (a member firm of KPMG International Cooperative), where he secured first position in the firm’s induction test at the time of registration. With over 10 years of diverse professional experience, Mr. Kamran has developed a strong track record in delivering assurance, taxation, accounting, and business advisory services to a wide range of local and multinational clients across various industries.
Mr. Kamran has also served as a Manager in the Assurance and Business Advisory Department, where he successfully led teams in complex, high-pressure environments with strict reporting deadlines. He is actively involved in the professional development of team members, regularly conducting training sessions and knowledge-sharing forums.

Dr. Khyber Alam is a clinical leader with extensive experience in primary care, digital health innovation, and healthcare governance. With over two decades of hands-on and strategic leadership across both public and independent healthcare sectors, he brings a wealth of experience to PHC.
He currently holds senior medical leadership positions with responsibility for urgent and unscheduled care services, telehealth, and digital transformation. Dr. Alam has successfully led the development and implementation of digital health services, including video consulting, AI-enabled care models, and integrated wellness platforms reaching millions of users.
He has held board appointments from Chief Medical Officer roles where he rolled out virtual primary care solutions to non-executive roles contributing to governance, acting as vice-chair of an audit and risk committee overseeing multi-million-pound budgets, and helping shape digital strategy and organisational risk frameworks.
Nationally, he has influenced health policy and service innovation through clinical leadership roles in digital health programmes and strategic workforce planning. He is a committed Primary care Physician and appraiser, combining practical frontline knowledge with a systems view of service delivery and professional development.
A Fellow of the Royal College of General Practitioners, the Australasian Institute of Digital Health, and The Chartered Institute for IT. Dr. Alam brings a collaborative, strategic, and innovation-focused approach to board-level decision-making. He is passionate about improving patient care, supporting sustainable services, and driving meaningful transformation in health systems.

As a Water and Waste Engineer, I bring extensive experience in responding to emergencies and handling complex long-term development projects related to water, sanitation, and hygiene (WASH). My work covers public health emergencies, man-made conflicts, natural disasters, and early recovery efforts.
I have led and coordinated multi-donor WASH programs, managing all facets of humanitarian action. This includes project initiation, assessments, implementation, stakeholder liaison, capacity building for national staff, accountability, impact measurement, monitoring and evaluating project activities, and disaster risk reduction. I also provide technical and management support to country teams, including proposal development, donor engagement, budgeting, and logistics, to enhance program effectiveness.
